Summer School 2011

Welcome

Registration Fee & Grants

The registration fee is 150 euro per participant and includes 6 days at half board in twin (or triple) rooms at the Hotel Flamingo/Mare e Pineta. The number of participants, because of the size of the conference room and the availability of the hotel, is limited to 80. You are hence invited to register as soon as possible to ensure a place in the school, since priority is given on a first-come first-served basis*.

The fee can be payed cash at the registration desk or by bank transfer. No credit card payment will be accepted.. If you wish to pay cash, please take into account that there is no ATM machine near the hotel.

Bank transfer payment must be done in euros and all transfer expenses, including those of the recipient bank, must be payed by the participant. Please, note that if you fail to do so the amount received by us will be different from the amount stated in the fee receipt, causing serious troubles to the school administration.

Data for the bank transfer are:

Beneficiary: Associazione Cefalù & Astronomy

Stay tuned for further information.

Additionally there might also be the possibility to give other grants for students coming from abroad directly to the Sardinian School. Please, write to school11@oa-cagliari.inaf.it to apply. Outcomes of the applications for grants will be communicated on June 15.

*since the school is funded by sardinian regional government, students residing in Sardinia are strongly encouraged to participate and priority will be given to their applications.
